Give DeepSeek a chat surface that loads instantly and runs entirely client-side.
Build
- Vanilla JS chat loop with streamed responses and markdown rendering.
- API key kept in
localStorage; no backend, no telemetry. - System prompt and temperature exposed in the settings panel for quick experimentation.
Outcome
Usable on any static host. Page weight stays under 50 KB.
